Terms & Conditions

This service is subject to selected criteria and the following key terms:

  1. Marketing Contribution: A fee contribution is required to cover administrative and postage costs (up to a maximum of £200). An exact, free, no-obligation quote is emailed to you for your approval before payment and is based on your search radius and other property criteria. Quotes vary depending on the volume of letters that are sent out in the post.

    This ‘one-off’, upfront fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether a homeowner responds or agrees to a viewing and is separate to any instructing sales or lettings instruction package selected.
  2. Agency Instruction: Should a targeted homeowner wish to sell, they must instruct McAteer Property Consultants as the selling agent to progress the transaction.
  3. No Guarantee & Privacy: While we use our many years or experience & expertise to target the right homes, we cannot guarantee a response from homeowners or that a seller will accept an offer put forward through us on your behalf.
    • GDPR: All details of both parties are kept confidential in line with GDPR and are not passed onto anyone or any third parties.
    • Conveyancing: All sale and purchasing quotes are also accompanied by a free, no-obligation conveyancing quote to both parties in the transaction from our Conveyancing & Sales Progression partner – Complete ASAP Ltd.
    • No Obligation: Furthermore, you (as a potential buyer) are not obligated at any point in the process to buy a property we put forward for your consideration.
    • Communication: All inbound & outbound communications in relation to all buying & selling instructions and or any other prevailing services, processes or activities (including supplementary, referral services with our partners) are strictly handled by McAteer Property Consultants Ltd.
