Yes, we are a locally focused, independent consultancy. However, we are also part of the larger McAteer Property Group (parent company), which gives us the unique advantage of having specialist divisions (including Holdings & Investments) "in-house." This provides a unified and powerful resource of further knowledge and expertise for our clients.

For Sellers (Residential & Commercial)

We offer a free, no-obligation property valuation. Following the valuation, we compile and send you a free, detailed data report. Our experts analyse current local, national, and regional data to give you an accurate and realistic valuation, alongside a tailored strategy on exactly how we will market and sell your property. You can book this directly through our website or by calling us.
We handle all aspects of Residential and Commercial sales. Whether you are selling a family home, an entire investment portfolio, individual plots of land (large or small), or commercial premises or units, we have the expertise to manage the process.
We use a mix of modern and traditional marketing strategies. This includes listing on major property portals, promotion via our active social media channels, and utilising our database of active buyers. We focus on high-quality presentation through our professional media partners to ensure your property has the highest quality media assets to stand out and attract the right buyer.

For Landlords (Lettings & Management)

We provide a complete range of letting services, from Tenant Find Only to Full, All Inclusive Property Management. This includes our property maintenance referral services, where we handle quotes, bookings, and communication for repairs on behalf of you, our trusted contractors and the tenant(s). Our goal is to ensure you receive the maximum return on your investment while we handle the stress of compliance, maintenance, and tenant relations.
We aim to be transparent. For our Tenant Find service, a one-off, upfront, nonrefundable administration fee of £450 is payable by the landlord to us for the first tenant applicant(s). This covers our administrative duties and thorough tenant checks. Note: This fee is only payable once a suitable prospective tenant has been found and has formally applied to rent the property.
We carry out thorough tenant checks and referencing. This includes credit checks, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & ID checks, as well as employment references and previous landlord references to ensure we find reliable and trustworthy tenants for your property.
Yes. As part of our management service, we guide you on all legislative requirements, including Gas Safety Certificates, EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates), and EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) that are required by a landlord to tenant their property. As an extra layer of service, we work closely with qualified tradespeople & for an additional fee, we can arrange professional contractors to carry out testing, repairs, and reporting as part of our property maintenance referrals service should you not already have these in place.

For Buyers & Tenants

While you can see our listings online, we highly recommend registering your interest with us. This ensures you are the first to know about new properties in the region that match your criteria before they hit the general market.
We do not provide mortgage lending directly, but we offer property & finance referrals. We work with trusted independent financial advisers for both property purchases and conveyancing (with sales progression) who can help you find the very best mortgage products to suit your needs.
We believe in transparency. A refundable holding deposit (capped at one week's rent in line with current UK legislation) is typically required to reserve a property. Full details of any applicable deposits and rent payments will be provided clearly before you apply. (Please note: The £450 nonrefundable administration fee mentioned in our landlord section is payable by the landlord, not the tenant.)
